There is plenty of information and links at the URLs below. I don't know what you have read yet, so I can't advise where to start. But if you are practically at zero, I'd suggest Crossley-Holland's _The Norse Myths_ and any translation of the Prose Edda of Snorre Sturlusson. Also, _Ravenbok_ and _Our Troth_, available online. Put your space and your things in order and keep them that way. Be physically modest. Learn to speak up for yourself. Take responsibility for the consequences of your actions. Keep your given word. Learn to listen to the spirits of the land and of your family. Make regular offerings to them. Get in the habit of seeking the advice of your family spirits ("disir" and "alvar") when making decisions. Blot to the gods on the holydays and in times of crisis. And, of course, be sure to talk to your parents before seeking out strangers or joining any group. I know that I would be willing to answer any of their questions. In any case, you are welcome to join in the discussion here. Manny Olds of Riverdale Park, Maryland, USA Land of Confusion Frigga's Web Reeves Hall of Frigga's Web Vingolf Fellowship
